CLASS TITLE: GENTLE CHAIR YOGA and CORE BALANCING CLASS
FACILITATOR: Suzanne Henry
This class will focus on using your core muscles to develop better balance and posture, and will help to reduce tightness in the hips, shoulders, and lower back.
Along with the stretches we do in the chair, we will also stand for a few balance poses; using the chair if needed. The class will also include a seated meditation. Come join us as we get fit for the New Year. Wear loose fitting or non-constrictive clothes
Suzanne Henry, facilitator, has been a certified Yoga Fit Instructor since 1999, and is currently teaching at both Lake Shore Athletic Club and LA Fitness. She also provides Yoga instruction in homes and for private groups.
