As established in the by-laws of the Abundant Life Center (ALC), the church is co-led by the Guiding Minister, the Board of Trustees (BOT), and the Spiritual Leadership Team (SLT). Since 2017 we have not had a Minister and the Spiritual Leadership Team has arranged speakers.
Unique to the congregationally led structure of ALC, the leadership frequently solicits input and feedback from the congregation to develop classes, services, and programs as needed to meet the needs of the community..
